Precision Tune Auto Care

A few weeks ago my car had some problems and the store managers Jemmel and Jim checked it in and completed the repairs within 36 hours. Their professional service was exceptional. The shop even offers coffee and a comfortable workspace so you can keep working while you wait. Prices were reasonable, and the repairs came with a warranty. Highly recommend

Can't get so much as an appointment. The location expects you to sit in the whole time. Sure you could use their van if it isn't being serviced. Sure you can Uber. Or better yet give the option to make an appointment because I cannot afford to sit in your establishment all day. I have never called or entered and it is less than an hour wait but the kicker is that you need an extra half hour tacked on to what the front desk said. Don't waste your time here because they won't even let you save yours.

I have a 21 yr old van that had engine oil leak issue. Brought it to this shop and they did a quick inspection. Jim Steward of Precision Tune explained that leak was found from the upper seal gasket and that most likely was the reason. I asked them did the repair of replacing the gasket. Over the weekend after I brought it back, the oil was leaking again. Going back and Jim found the lower gasket also need to be replaced - this issue couldn't be diagnosed when the upper gasket was leaking. I was pleasantly surprised that Jim and his team performed the 2nd repair it for free. Wow! What a great customer service. I am very impressed and will bring my future auto repair work to them - genuinely honest and transparent auto mechanic is tough to find.

Came in for a tire‑pressure warning. Jemmel checked me in at the front desk, and the team in the shop inspected the car. They confirmed there were no tire or sensor issues — just needed some air. I expected a diagnostic fee, but they didn’t charge me anything. As a first‑time customer, I really appreciate the honesty from both the front desk and the techs in the back. This shop is now on my list for future service needs. 5‑star experience.

My experience was pleasant, efficient, and much appreciated. Francisco and the team were very courteous and efficient. I walked away feeling confident that I received thorough care for my vehicle. Overall, I’d say that the professional service and pricing for oil changes and state inspections are unmatched in the Morrisville market and well worth the drive if you live in a nearby city or town. I highly recommend this company and location.
